Very gentle and fun yoga flow with lots of stretching, balancing and deep breathing. This is a great option for those looking for a low intensity class, those new to yoga, yogis just getting back on their mats after some time away or easing back in after injuries. Please pre-register by going online to the link below or calling the studio ahead of time as this class gets full to capacity often.

Start your Friday mornings off with some intentional breaths and this warm (78 degrees) challenging class! A little previous yoga experience is preferred, but not required. We will be challenging ourselves and building strength, while still honoring our bodies. Class concludes with a cool cloth or mist to ease you into a well deserved deep relaxation. Leave class feeling ready for the day and week ahead of you!

Fridays 6:15-7:15 P.M.
Candles, slow movements and lots of unwinding from the week. Get ready to be pampered with subtle aroma therapy and serenaded by crystal bowls. Such a lovely way to step into the weekend feeling refreshed. Also a great Friday Night thing to do with a friend or significant other. All are welcome to stick around for a few more minutes after class to share some motivational and empowering messages.

Want to experience Yoga for the mind? Yin takes our yoga practice to new depths by maintaining poses for several minutes, allowing time to work its magic. Not only do we get to access our fascia (connective tissue), but we also get to connect deeper with ourselves in this slow paced class.
